Life's a gnarly adventure - correct that, life can be many a gnarly adventure! To truly live is to be with the full spectrum of experience, open to it all, that which is easy and that which calls us to grow through discomfort, reaching new edges, new boundaries along the way. ⭐🙏💕

Trust in your Self, for You Are Divine! Surrender to the present moment, for it is all we ever truly have. Letting go of resistance, releasing the illusion of control can be daunting. Here's the truth though - the thought of surrender, of letting go is more difficult than the act of it! I know because I have and in areas of my journey of self love, still do continue through this act. Each time, I let go, greater peace enters my soul, for surrender to Self is a gift of the greatest love, of beautiful serenity and true empowerment. 🧘🏼‍♀️🌴🧘🏻‍♂️
